DOUBLE EMPTY HOOD

V110110R

Semi-automatic process packaging machine, which from a bag with product performs the vacuum or with gas and seals it hermetically.

All the vacuum chambers They are used in a wide range of applications when it is important to vacuum pack a product, improve its shelf life or minimize the amount of space it takes up.

Vacuum Bell Operation

The bell lid is lowered once the bag is placed with its mouth on the sealing bar. Then the pump starts to work while the lid remains closed. When the vacuum timer expires, the machine injects gas into the bell, if this option is enabled, and then closes the bag. Once the bag is welded, the hood progressively lets in air until the lid opens automatically, once the decompression is finished and we can recover the previously vacuum-packed products.

There are single and double bell machines available. A hinged lid of a double chamber machine can be closed in two different chambers. As a result, while the machine is running the cycle in one of the hoods, the operator can remove the complete packages and prepare the next bags in the other hood. This method has the potential to increase production and avoid downtime.
